This is a private, self-guided online program designed to help you cope with the unique mental health challenges related to infertility—on your own schedule, in your own space.

Completing the program involves:

  • Watching a 10-minute video once a week for seven weeks

  • Practicing different self-care activities throughout each week

Program goals

Coping with Infertility offers therapeutic tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to target the following areas of infertility-related distress:

The researchers

The Coping with Infertility program was developed by researchers at the University of Regina’s Reproductive Mental Health Research Unit to support the unique mental health challenges commonly experienced by those struggling to conceive.​

As a clinical psychologist, the Canada Research Chair in Reproductive Mental Health, and the director of the Reproductive Mental Health Research Unit at the University of Regina, Dr. Gordon has dedicated her career to researching and supporting the unique mental health challenges associated with reproductive issues.
